Our Mission
At Valentini Equestrian, our priorities are to create and maintain a safe, hygienic and enjoyable environment for our horses and their owners. Providing an atmosphere that is nurturing for horses and riders of all ages.
About Valentini Equestrian
A Brief History
We purchased the property on October 1, 2025. The property has had many storied owners during the past 20 years but needed an abundance of TLC. Since the purchase the following activities have taken place.
- A complete pressure washing and cleaning of the barn
- All new lighting installed featuring lights above every stall
- A new concrete apron installed around the entire barn
- The installation of 7 new wash/tack stalls of various sizes
- The installation of a 10 ft x 30 ft viewing stand
- The total refurbishment of each stall- new hay racks, gates, storage and floors
- The tack room has been remodeled, expanded and air conditioned
- The feed room has been remodeled and expanded
- All new farm equipment has been purchased
- Pastures have been added (with more to come)
- The duplex has been completely remodeled
- The installation of a rider’s lounge (with AC) with 2 full baths and kitchen
- A secure automated gated entry system and entry fence have been installed
- Multiple security cameras installed to cover the entire property
Amenities
- A live on-site facility manager and caretaker with over 20 years of experience (see Pam Newton biography)
- The property boasts 14.5 acres of beautiful pastures, with more being added so that we can ensure your horse has a comfortable stress-free environment
- A 130 ft x 180 ft riding arena that is frequently groomed
- A 10 ft x 30 ft viewing stand positioned next to the arena
- An air-conditioned rider's lounge featuring two complete bathrooms and a kitchen
- Secured automated entry and surveillance cameras covering the property
- 7 new wash/tack stalls of various sizes located at both entries of the barn
- Completely refurbished stalls
- A round pen for lunging, ect.
- Completely remodeled and expanded air-conditioned tack room
- Each stall is assigned 3 saddle/saddle pad racks and 2 bridle hooks
- A new refrigerator in the feed room to store your horse's treats and medicine
- All new lighting in the barn's hallways and above each individual stall
- Horses are fed twice daily
- AM and PM turnout
- Stalls are picked frequently
Pamela Newton - Caretaker Biography
Pamela Newton has been working with and around horses almost her whole life. She began her equine journey with lessons and was part of the United States Pony Club. She and her family owned horses and had a small farm in Central Ohio. After graduation Pamela attended the University of Findlay where she majored in Equine Business Management and was a member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association team. Pamela has been a caretaker at several different horse farms in both the Carolina's and in SWFL. She has over 20 years of horse care experience living in Florida and understands the challenges that go along with living in paradise. Pamela is committed to providing top notch personal care and providing a safe and loving environment for your equine companion.
